Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Transpere, an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Managed Services company, with locations in California, Ohio, and Texas. Transpere is the leading provider of information technology asset solutions.

To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong response times when working with potential customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers. - Generate new opportunities using outbound tactics (email sequences, LinkedIn, etc.) – NO COLD CALLING
  • Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
  • Manage a high volume of phone calls and respond to all maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
  • High-level proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Moving solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging meetings, emails, or phone calls.
  • Following up with potential customers who expressed interest.
  • Performing regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitating communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
  • Collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company’s goals and targets are met.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in Business to Business Technology
  • 1-2 years experience in IT sales as an SDR {Sales Development Rep} and/or BDR {Business Development Rep}
  • High-level proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • High-level proficiency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Good time management and analytical skills.
  • Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy skills.
  • Experience with Pipedrive or other sales CRM software
  • Understanding of Sales strategies and pipelines
  • Experience with IT Hardware / Security / MSP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
